Pete Dalessandro

Pete DAlessandro has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being Director of Product Management at Cast & Crew. Pete has been with the company since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Final Draft, a Cast & Crew Company, starting in 2013. At Final Draft, Pete held roles as a Product Manager and a QA Engineer. Additionally, they were the Podcast Host at Write On by Final Draft from 2014 to 2019. Pete also has experience at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they worked as a Senior Lead Support Engineer from 2008 to 2011 and as a Field Engineer from 2006 to 2007.

Pete D'Alessandro earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Video Production from Penn State University, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. In 2011 and 2012, they pursued Long Form Improv at the Upright Citizen's Brigade. Additionally, they obtained certifications in AI for Product Management from Pendo.io (in progress as of 2024) and Customer Validation Professional from Centercode in 2018.
