Shaun Pansolli

Shaun Pansolli is a seasoned user experience professional with extensive experience in design and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Cast & Crew, Shaun established a Unified Design System to enhance product design consistency and quality. Prior experience includes serving as Lead UX/UI Designer at UKG and ABC Fitness, where Shaun focused on building user-centered SAAS applications for gym management software. Shaun's career also includes vital contributions as Sr. UX/UI Designer at Arrow Digital, and as Founder/CEO of Zolli Creative, Inc., alongside an earlier role as Lead Web Designer at Websolvers, where Shaun led the redesign of the Rollins College website.
