Jeroen Faes is the Head of Operations & Product Development at Cast4All Technologies, where he prepares operational capabilities for scaling the product and transitioning to a SaaS business model. He also works with customers to deliver technical guidance. Alongside his role at Cast4All, Jeroen is a Digital Innovation Engineer at NSX - Normalized Systems, exploring the use of Normalized Systems expander technology for mobile application development. Previously, he co-founded StoreSpot as a Software Engineer, and worked as a Functional Business Analyst at Atlas Copco. Jeroen has a background in Management Information Systems and holds a postgraduate degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Antwerp.
