Laurell Sims

Laurell Sims is a fellow at Castanea Fellowship and a member of the Board of Directors at The Evolved Network NFP. They have been actively involved in various organizations such as Open Heart Magic, Urban Growers Collective, Mentorship Pathway.org, and more. Laurell also participated in programs such as Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses and The James Beard Foundation's Women Entrepreneurial Leadership Program. With a BA in Asian Studies and Government from the University of Redlands, Laurell's work focuses on creating a more equitable and sustainable food system, especially in communities of color.
