Eric Mai

Eric Mai is a Mechanical Engineer I at Castelion since October 2023, following a mechanical engineering internship at Impossible Foods from June to September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Structures Manufacturing Undergraduate Sub-lead at Space and Satellite Systems from September 2019 to June 2022, where Eric organized a team of over eight individuals to manufacture a microsatellite frame and improved CNC mill toolpaths. Eric also held the position of ADCS & Structures Undergraduate Engineer during this time. Eric obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, graduating in 2023.
