Brandy Siniscal

Brandy Siniscal has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Brandy is currently the Director of Care Coordination at Castell, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Transformation Consultant at Castell from November 2020 until February 2023.

Before joining Castell, Brandy worked at Intermountain Healthcare. Brandy started as a Registered Nurse in February 2016 and was promoted to Practice Director in July 2018. As a Practice Director, they led ambulatory care operations for a team of 52 caregivers and 19 providers, earning recognition for outstanding physician and caregiver relations. Brandy also implemented various initiatives, such as the Internal Medicine Triage RN and a mobile healthcare app pilot. Brandy left Intermountain Healthcare in November 2020 after serving as a Clinical Project Manager.

In their early career, Brandy worked at Stanford Health Care as a Registered Nurse and Lead Pediatric Outreach Nurse Coordinator from June 2008 to August 2014.
