Network Operations Director, Population Health at Castell

Brooke Gibson has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Brooke started their career at McKay-Dee Hospital in 2000, where they initially worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant & Staffing Coordinator until 2003. Brooke then took on the role of Women's Health Center Practice Supervisor from 2003 to 2006. After that, they briefly worked as a Health Educator & Student Coordinator in 2006 before being promoted to Women's Health Services Manager, a position they held from 2006 to 2010.

In 2010, Brooke joined Intermountain Healthcare as a Practice Director for the Medical Group, where they worked until 2018. During their time at Intermountain Healthcare, they gained valuable experience in managing medical practices.

Since 2018, Brooke has been working at Castell, initially serving as the Population Health Network Manager. In January 2022, they were promoted to Network Operations Director, Population Health, and currently holds this position. Brooke'srole at Castell involves overseeing and managing population health initiatives.
