Tara Conley

Tara Conley, MHA, RHIA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Tara is currently working as the System Director of Health Information Management at Crozer Health since May 2022. Previously, they served as the Director of Health Information Management & Privacy Officer at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Philadelphia from May 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Health Information Management at Belmont Behavioral Health System from December 2017 to April 2020, and also worked as a Performance Improvement Coordinator from February 2016 to December 2017. Before joining Belmont Behavioral Health System, Tara had roles at Intercommunity Action, where they served as a Medical Records Supervisor from April 2010 to February 2016, and as a Quality Improvement Specialist from September 2008 to April 2010. Tara started their career as a Health Information Management Department Intern at UPMC in March 2008.

Tara Conley obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008. Later, they pursued a Masters Degree in Health Administration at Saint Joseph's University from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they also obtained the Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) certification from AHIMA.
