Before that, from 2016 to 2017, they worked at Nelson Labs, LLC as a Lab Analyst. Josh was responsible for determining the amount of bioburden on medical devices and completing the "Master Trainer" series to train new employees.

Josh's early work experience includes a role as a Research Laboratory Technician at Utah State University from 2014 to 2016. In this position, they co-managed a lab and performed antiviral tests on a regular basis.
