Prabodh Menon

Prabodh Menon has extensive experience in the field of data solutions and information management. Prabodh is currently serving as the Director of Data Solutions at Castell. Prior to this, they worked at Healthfirst for 8 years, where they held the position of Assistant Director - Solutions Data Architect, Information Management. In this role, they were responsible for leading and managing the technical delivery of features/projects for the Enterprise Campaign Management program, driving enterprise initiatives from an information management standpoint, and providing architectural guidance and oversight on critical data management initiatives.

Before joining Healthfirst, Prabodh worked at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. as an Integration Manager - EDW. Prabodh'srole involved overseeing all aspects of enterprise-wide data integration and data management activities related to the Enterprise Data Warehouse initiative. Prabodh also managed vendor relations and provided technical architecture oversight.

Prior to that, Prabodh held the position of Senior Technical Manager at Cegedim Inc. In this role, they provided overall technical delivery leadership for a complex data-intensive environment, successfully turning around a customer account with multiple issues and improving its efficiency and satisfaction.

Prabodh's career also includes roles at Ness Technologies as Senior Manager, Information Architecture, and at ManageStar, Inc. as Manager Database Operations. In these roles, they provided technical management, architecture oversight, and delivery leadership for various enterprise-level project engagements in the information management domain.

Early in their career, Prabodh worked at Cambridge Technology Partners, Inc. in different functional roles, eventually growing to become an Associate Director - I. Prabodh was involved in the Money Market and Trading group, focusing on technology solutions in the Financial industry applications and participating in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Prabodh Menon holds a Masters degree in Bio Medical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
