Chelsea Sangka

Chelsea Sangka is an accomplished culinary professional currently serving as Chef De Partie at Castle Hill Inn - Relais & Chateaux since January 2024. With a diverse background in the culinary industry, Chelsea's experience includes roles as a Barista at Starbucks and various positions at Castle Hill Inn, where contributions spanned from Cook I to Cook II. Chelsea also gained valuable experience as a Cook I at Sodexo and was recognized for outstanding work at Sasanti Restaurant and Gallery in Yogyakarta. Chelsea holds a Master of Science in Food Innovation & Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, complemented by a foundational education in general studies at Green River College.
