Courtney McBride

Courtney McBride has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Courtney currently works at Castlight Health, where they have held various roles since 2018. Their most recent position is as a Health Plan Sales Enablement Director, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they were the Strategy Director for Health Plans from March 2020 to January 2022. Courtney also served as the Director of Client Strategy from April 2018 to February 2020.

Before joining Castlight Health, Courtney McBride worked at Mercer from 2013 to 2018. During their time at Mercer, they held different positions, including Total Health Management Consultant and Principal from February 2018 to April 2018, Senior Associate from April 2016 to February 2018, and Associate from June 2013 to March 2016.

Courtney McBride's work experience also includes roles at JCC in Manhattan, where they worked as an R&R On-site Coordinator from February 2007 to March 2015. In this position, they designed and administered programming for a community program, managed on-site staff and volunteers, and oversaw various activities such as arts & crafts and discussion groups.

Courtney McBride earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Health Policy and Management from New York University in 2010-2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Studio Art and Mathematics from Hamilton College in 2002-2006. Their high school education was completed at Orange High School. In addition, they obtained a certification in the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) Program from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in 2015.
