Lindsey Vanmeter Pavlik

Lindsey VanMeter Pavlik, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has over 15 years of experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources & Operations at CASTO since April 2005, Lindsey previously held the titles of Vice President and Director of Human Resources. Additionally, Lindsey was VP of Communications at the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio from January 2011 to December 2012. Lindsey holds an MBA in Leadership from Capital University, where Lindsey also received a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Human Resources.
