Sylwia Zych has extensive experience in customer relations, currently serving as Customer Relations Director at Castorama Polska Sp. z o.o. since October 2018, where responsibilities include building relationships with customers and overseeing the development of the Customer Service Center. Prior to this role, Sylwia held various positions at Castorama, including Customer Experience Manager from June 2010 to September 2018 and Customer Service Manager from August 1999 to June 2010, starting as a Cash desk employee and progressing through roles such as Sales Manager for the Garden department and Manager of Cash and Customer Service.
