Andy Vandiver

Andy Vandiver has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andy currently holds the position of Vice President North America, Early Phase Business Development at Catalent Pharma Solutions since May 2023. Before that, they served as the Regional Director of Business Development for Oral and Specialty Delivery at the same company from May 2020 to May 2023.

Prior to joining Catalent Pharma Solutions, Vandiver was the Director of Business Development at KromaTiD Inc. from September 2019 to May 2020. At KromaTiD, they played a significant role in developing innovative gene and cell therapy solutions by utilizing unique imaging techniques to identify chromosomal rearrangements.

Vandiver also has extensive experience at Qualicaps, where they held various roles including the Director of Business Development & Liquid Fill Capsules, Director of Manufacturing & Operations, Manager of Manufacturing and Technical Services, and Senior Engineer. During their tenure at Qualicaps, they focused on generating new business within the Pharma/OTC markets, improving manufacturing operations, and developing liquid fill capsules for early clinical development.

Furthermore, Vandiver took a two-year sabbatical to fulfill their passion for teaching middle and high school science and math at Shining Light Christian Academy. Andy served as an Instructor/Teacher/Mentor from March 2009 to March 2011.
