Carla Vozone has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Carla is currently the Vice President of Specialty Drug Delivery at Catalent Pharma Solutions since May 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Hovione, including Vice President Pharma from March 2017 to May 2021, Senior Director of Product Development and Licensing from November 2013 to March 2017, and Director of Business Development from April 2008 to November 2013. Carla also served as the Marketing and Sales Director - North America at Hovione LLC from July 2005 to April 2008, and as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Hovione FarmaCiencia from January 2001 to May 2005. Carla'searly career includes the role of Regulatory Affairs Manager at Hovione from June 1996 to December 2000.

Carla Vozone has a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Lisbon, which they obtained between 1990 and 1996. Carla also has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Pharmaceutical Technology from the University of Lisbon, completed between 2000 and 2002. Carla then pursued an MBA specializing in Pharmaceutical Management at Rutgers Business School from 2005 to 2009. In 2014 to 2017, they obtained a Certificate in Pharmaceutical Business Development and Licensing from The University of Manchester. Additionally, they hold a further certification in Business Development and Licensing from The University of Manchester, obtained in 2015.
