Fabian Kapp

Fabian Kapp is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in pharmaceutical and manufacturing management. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Catalent Pharma Solutions since May 2019, Fabian is responsible for overseeing a department of over 300 employees and has previously held roles such as Deputy Head of Operations and Head of Manufacturing. Their key competencies include batch release, deviation and complaint management, project organization and planning, as well as occupational health and safety. Prior to Catalent, Fabian worked at Merck KGaA from January 2016 to April 2019, where roles included Head of Production and Operational Specialist, focusing on production management, employee training, and process improvement.
