Maria Vizcaino

Maria Vizcaino is a highly experienced scientist with a focus on extractables and leachables in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist and Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions since October 2022, Maria previously held significant roles at Element Materials Technology, where responsibilities included managing extractables and leachables projects and developing advanced analytical methods under challenging deadlines. Maria's background includes positions as a Mass Spectrometry Specialist at Chalmers University, a Group Leader at NSF Health Sciences, and a Post-doctoral scholar at Yale University, where a metabolomics platform was developed for identifying potent small molecules.
