Vikalp Mohan

Vikalp Mohan has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Vikalp is currently serving as the Global Vice President and Head of Drug Substance at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they are responsible for overseeing the global drug substance business segment and holds overarching P&L ownership. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Before joining Catalent, Vikalp served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Celonic AG from 2016 to 2021. Vikalp also held managerial positions at Syngenta, where they served as the Head of Marketing for the Africa Middle East region and as the South Asia Cereals Business Strategy Lead. Vikalp Mohan started their career at BearingPoint (KPMG Consulting), where they worked as a CRM Manager and led various initiatives to improve sales and marketing capabilities for different companies. Vikalp began their career as an IT Analyst at TCS.

Vikalp Mohan obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy and Marketing from INSEAD in 2008. Before that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
