Paige Gankema

Paige Gankema, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paige currently serves as the Director of Workplace Strategies & Facilities at Catalight since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Associate Director of Facilities Operations at Catalight from June 2021 to December 2022. Before joining Catalight, Paige worked as a Senior Office Manager/Business Operations at Catalight Foundation from September 2018 to March 2021.

Paige also gained experience at Easterseals Bay Area as a Lead Administrative Coordinator from April 2017 to August 2018. Paige's earlier career includes a role as an Account Executive at LEAF Commercial Capital, Inc. from July 2014 to April 2017.

Paige's professional journey began with a Marketing and Fundraising Internship, where they served as the UCSB Women's Soccer Team Marketing Program Intern from April 2014 to June 2014.

Furthermore, Paige has a solid educational background as a Division 1 Student Athlete at UCSB Intercollegiate Athletics, where they were involved from 2010 to 2014.

Paige Gankema, PMP, earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Sports Management Certificate/minor from the University of California Santa Barbara.

Paige Gankema has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In December 2020, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. Paige further acquired the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the same institution in August 2021. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in Real Estate Contracts and Finance Strategies for Business Leaders in July and August 2022, respectively, from LinkedIn.
