A.J. Mergele

A.J. Mergele has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. A.J. began their career in 2000 as a Marketing Intern at HEB. In 2001, they became a Business Development Manager at Advantage Solutions, where they worked until 2002. At Del Monte Foods, Pet Care, and Starkist, they held the roles of Customer Marketing Manager, National Retail Operations Analyst, and Customer Sales Analyst from 2002 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Sales Planning and Trade Marketing Manager at Healthy Food Holdings. A.J. then began working at Tyson Foods (frozen, fresh, and private label) as a National Accounts Manager and Regional Sales Manager from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a National Business Manager and Regional Sales Manager at Chobani. From 2015 to 2019, they were Vice President - Sales at noosa yoghurt, which was acquired by sovos brands. A.J. is currently the Vice President - Sales at Catalina Crunch, a role they have held since 2021.

A.J. Mergele received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing/High Performance Management from Texas Tech University. A.J. also received a High Performance Management degree from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business.
