Senior Director, Analytics - Business Intelligence at Catalina

Brian Moore has extensive work experience in the field of analytics and business intelligence. Brian started their career in 1998 as a Marketing Analytics Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, where they evaluated the effectiveness of advertising and promotion spending. Brian then joined IRI in 2000 as a Director of Analytic Product Management & Development, where they led product management and support for modeling services and technology-enabled analytics.

In 2005, Brian moved to Nielsen, where they held various roles, including Director/Client Lead for Marketing ROI and Price-Promotion and Director of Analytic Consulting. In these roles, they provided consulting and software tools to CPG marketers, led client relationships and project teams, and advanced the use of marketing mix analysis to improve marketing ROI.

Since 2014, Brian has been working at Catalina USA, where they initially served as the Senior Director of Sales Operations/Analytics. In this role, they empowered sales teams with insights and analytics using Catalina's shopper data assets. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Analytics - Business Intelligence, where they lead the Business Intelligence team and collaborates with various departments to provide insights for new business, operational monitoring, and marketing initiatives.

Brian Moore's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Quantitative Methods from St. Olaf College. Brian also pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing & Statistics at the University of Illinois Chicago.
