Karen Hill

Karen Hill is an experienced professional with a diverse background in partnerships, growth, and program management. Currently serving as Partnerships and Growth Manager at Catalpa International since September 2022, Karen also directs KHILL International and Mind Your Soul, specializing in hypnotherapy and rapid transformational therapy. Previous roles include Creative Director at On the Night Photography, Director of Programmes and Operations Pacific at the International Planned Parenthood Federation, and Business Development Manager at Australian Red Cross. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Humanitarian Leadership from Deakin University and certification in Rapid Transformational Therapy from the Marisa Peer Method, alongside a degree in Agricultural Economics from Melbourne University.
