Kate Michelly

Kate Michelly currently serves as the Head of Programs at Catalpa International, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kate held various senior positions, including Senior Program Manager at Oxford Policy Management from February 2019 to February 2023, and worked as a consultant from January 2018 to February 2019. Notable earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager and In-country Contractor Representative at the Solomon Islands Resource Facility, and General Manager at the Cambodia Agricultural Value Chain Program (CAVAC). Kate's extensive background also includes working as Program Manager for PNG Programs at Burnet Institute and various roles at GRM INTERNATIONAL and Effective Development Group. Academically, Kate Michelly holds a Master's degree in International Relations from ANU and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Curtin University.
