Ivan Makarov

Ivan Makarov's work experience includes founding and running a company specialized in flight control system solutions called Catalyst Aerospace Technologies since December 2020. Ivan was also the CEO, CTO, and Founder of AVASYS from March 2012 to December 2021. Prior to that, Ivan worked as a freelance embedded systems engineer from September 2004 to March 2007.

Ivan Makarov completed their undergraduate education from 2003 to 2009 at Siberian State Aerospace University, earning a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Rocket Engineering. Afterward, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued their postgraduate studies at Siberian Federal University, where they obtained a PhD in Radionavigation.
