Chinmoy Roy

Chinmoy Roy has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Chinmoy began their career at ORG - MARG as a Freelancer in Market Research in November 1996 and worked there until April 1997. Chinmoy then joined RS Software (India) Pvt. Ltd as an Executive in Human Resources from April 1997 to August 1999. After that, they worked as a Senior Manager in HR at UshaComm from August 1999 to November 2005. Chinmoy then joined Xentis Group as the Deputy General Manager in HR from December 2005 to July 2008. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at Catalyst Business Solutions since July 2008.

Chinmoy Roy pursued their Higher Secondary education in Science at Kumar Ashutosh Institution (WBCHSE) from 1990 to 1991. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Calcutta and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in BioScience from 1992 to 1995. Chinmoy furthered their education by attending MTI (INDIA) from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Post Graduate Advance Honors Diploma in Business Management, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
