Matt Rickards

Matt Rickards is an experienced leader in strategy and operations, currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Operations at Catalyst Housing Group since December 2023, focusing on business transformation through AI integration and data-driven insights. Prior to this role, Matt held multiple positions at Mynd from May 2017 to November 2023, including Strategy and Operations Lead, where leadership of a nine-person team resulted in significant revenue growth and improved performance metrics. As the first General Manager, Matt was responsible for P&L management and market expansion strategies, achieving considerable success in a competitive environment. Additionally, Matt co-founded Nudge, a dating app that launched in the Apple App Store, and founded Water Waiters Harbor Delivery, which created an innovative delivery service for boats. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University and is a fellow in a Climate Change program at Terra.do.
