Matt Rickards

Matt Rickards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Operations at Catalyst Housing Group since December 2023. In this role, Matt leads a business transformation team focused on integrating AI and data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiencies. Prior to this position, Matt was the Strategy and Operations Lead at Mynd, where leadership included overseeing a nine-person team and transforming twelve markets into accountable, P&L-driven entities. Additional experience includes founding Nudge, a localized dating app, and establishing Water Waiters Harbor Delivery, an app-based boat delivery service. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wake Forest University and is also a Fellow in Climate Change: Learning for Action from Terra.do.
