Linda Conley has over 20 years of experience in benefits management, currently serving as the Manager of Pension and Benefits at Catalyst Paper Operations Inc. since March 2015. Previously, Linda held the title of Benefits Manager at Voith Industrial Services Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing health and welfare plans for over 2,500 employees across the USA and Canada. Linda also worked as the Sales Services Manager at Shire Pharmaceuticals, providing sales data reporting services, and as Manager of Benefits and Pension at Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, administering benefits for more than 13,000 employees while achieving significant cost savings. Early career experience includes various roles within Kroger, where Linda advanced from Retirement Benefits Assistant to Supervisor of Retirement and Stock Option Administration, significantly enhancing the efficiency of stock option processes.
