Blair Taylor

Blair Taylor is an experienced professional with a strong background in employee experience and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Employee Experience Manager at Catalyst Software, Blair leads various People Programs and internal communications while managing employee listening campaigns. With previous roles at Catalyst Software, including Employee Experience Specialist and People and Places Coordinator, Blair has developed and implemented hybrid employee engagement strategies and increased employee engagement through cultural initiatives. Blair's earlier experience includes supporting an at-risk community as a Customer Experience Coordinator during the COVID-19 pandemic at The Residence at Silver Square and fostering a positive work environment as Rooms Division Manager at The Wolfeboro Inn & Wolfe's Tavern. Blair holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Fitchburg State University and a degree in Professional Communications from Plymouth State University.
