Deonne Decker

Deonne Decker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue operations and customer success across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue Operations GTM Tools & Systems at Typeform, Deonne oversees revenue operations and optimizes GTM tech stacks. Previously, as a Senior Manager at Secureworks, Deonne led global customer success teams and acted as a trusted advisor for strategic accounts. Deonne's career includes roles in IT operations at Cox Communications, network engineering support at Cbeyond, and operational leadership at BlackFin Square. An active member of the Customer Success Collective and a Customer Success Coach for Catalyst Software, Deonne also has a history of volunteering with Women in Technology. Deonne holds a Master’s of Science degree from the University of South Dakota.
