Elena Cocco currently serves as an Advisor for Women in Customer Success since March 2024, contributing to strategic development and participating in speaking events. With extensive experience at SafetyCulture from March 2018, Elena has held several positions, culminating in the role of Director of Customer Success - Europe. Additionally, since January 2022, Elena has been a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software, providing mentorship through an application-based program for aspiring Customer Success leaders. Previously, experience includes roles at Customer Success Network, NQC, Simple iD, and Cpl Integrated Services, showcasing a strong background in customer success and management. Elena holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology and Ethnology and a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Heritage Protection from Università degli Studi di Sassari.
