Shaishiv Varshney currently serves as the Director of Global Customer Success Strategy and Operations at Hitachi Vantara, focusing on enhancing post-sale customer experiences and driving operational efficiency across the global customer base. In addition, Shaishiv is a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software, where coaching sessions are provided to aspiring Customer Success Leaders. Previously, Shaishiv held multiple roles at Splunk, culminating as a Senior Global Customer Success Leader, responsible for managing CSM teams and mentoring staff. Shaishiv's career began at EMC, contributing to the establishment of the first customer success team, alongside experience as a Project Manager at PL Ins. Shaishiv holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Scranton.
