As the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Client Engagement, Joe is responsible for monitoring departmental operations, managing customer relationships and developing the company’s strategic business development goals. Joe’s focus is identifying Payer/Health Plan business partnerships that would maximize operational processes and performance, drive revenue, and help customers overcome challenges and achieve their growth and profitability goals.

Along with 21 years of healthcare experience, Joe brings successful account sales and management, Payer business process and operational consulting, and 12 years of enterprise Payer analytics, tech and platform experience. With GE Healthcare, Joe worked with Health Systems on PM, EMR, RCM, clinical and financial analytics, population health, claims administration and disease management. Joe also brings 14 years of Executive VP, sales and marketing team leadership, Project Management and Implementation, business ownership, strategy, growth and development.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Joe served as VP for several companies in the Healthcare and technology sector, where he played a pivotal role in transforming and growing organizations.
