Ian Taylor

Ian Taylor has a diverse work experience ranging from software development and engineering roles to coaching and instructing positions. Most recently, they worked at Catapult as a DevOps Engineer and previously as a Software Developer in Test. Prior to that, they served as an Automation Engineer at Ramp. Ian also has experience in coaching and instruction, having worked as an Assistant Head Coach at Satuit Boat Club and as a Sailing Instructor at both Satuit Boat Club and Community Boating, Inc. Additionally, they have held internships in quality assurance and automation roles at Veson Nautical, ClearSky Data, and McDonald's Corporation.

Ian Taylor completed their education at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Acton-Boxborough Regional High School from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Ian also obtained a Sailing Instructor Level 1 certification from US Sailing in May 2017.
