Kasia Ciesla

Kasia Ciesla has extensive work experience in graphic design, web design, and user experience (UX) design. Kasia is currently working as a Senior UX/UI Designer at Catapult, where they focus on optimizing performance and quantifying return to play for athletes and teams. Prior to that, they worked as a UX Product Designer at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they created user experiences in the account management customer journey. Kasia has also worked as a User Experience Designer at Isovera and held various roles at Imagitas, including Creative Director and Creative Services Manager. Additionally, they have experience as a Graphic Designer at Imagitas - A Pitney Bowes Company and as a Graphic & Web Designer at their own website. Kasia started their career as a Designer & Representative at the village gallery and as a Marketing Manager & Graphic Designer at Digital Fire.ca.

Kasia Ciesla obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Art & Art History from the University of Toronto in 2006. Following that, they completed an Advanced Diploma in Applied Arts from Sheridan College in the same year. In 2008, Kasia Ciesla obtained a Graduate Certificate in Web Design from Sheridan College.

In terms of additional certifications, Kasia Ciesla obtained the UXC - Interaction Design certification from the Nielsen Norman Group in January 2016. Kasia also completed the Leadership Essential for Managers certification from the American Management Association in April 2015 and the Management Skills for New Managers certification from the same institution in June 2014.
