About
The leaders of the Catawba Regional Council of Governments have a long history of experience in community development and planning. They have worked extensively in both the public and private sectors, including with the South Carolina Research Authority, the South Carolina Biotechnology Incubation Program, and the York County Government. They have a strong background in both English and French, which they earned from Ball State University and Middlebury College respectively.
