Maria Graca has over 25 years of experience in customer service and experience. Maria is currently the VP of Customer Experience at Catawiki, an online auction platform. Prior to their current role, Maria was the Director of International Customer Experience at StubHub, an Ebay company. Maria has also held global customer service roles at FARFETCH and Booking.com. In their early career, Maria worked as a project manager at Nokia and an account manager at Sykes. Maria began their career in 1995 as a division manager at Pingo Doce, a Portuguese grocery store chain. Throughout their career, Maria has been recognized as a customer service and experience leader. Maria has a passion for developing strong teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Maria Graca attended high school at Escola Secundaria Adolfo Portela and then went on to study business and administration at Universidade de Aveiro.
