Tyler Miller

Tyler Miller is the Chief Product & Technology Officer at Catawiki. Prior to their current role, Tyler served as the CTO at Prezi from April 2017 to September 2020. During their time at Prezi, Tyler guided the company into its platform era with the introduction of two new products, Prezi Video and Prezi Design.

Tyler has also held the position of Engineering Director, Architecture & Design Division at Trimble Inc. from June 2012 to March 2017. In this role, Tyler managed R&D teams in multiple offices and time zones around the world. Tyler was responsible for R&D teams that deliver 8 distinct products, as well as several speculative development efforts. Tyler also worked closely with product management, sales and marketing to set long-term vision, define and design new features, and balance revenue vs. user growth potential.

Some of Tyler’s notable accomplishments include successfully migrating the 3D Warehouse from a Google proprietary stack to AWS while maintaining service to more than 700k weekly unique users, launching the SketchUp Mobile Viewer on iOS and Android, and launching the SketchUp Extension Warehouse – an app store for SketchUp extensions that is fully integrated with the SketchUp 3D modeler.

Tyler is a founding member of Trimble’s Technology Leadership Group – a cross-divisional group which drives new product development through sharing technology insights. Tyler is also a regular advisor and speaker to Trimble’s global software teams on how to build and maintain a winning software engineering organization.

Tyler Miller graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a BS in Architectural Engineering. Tyler then attended Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, where they completed the Stanford Executive Program in 2015. Tyler is also certified by LinkedIn in both Learning Django and Learning GraphQL.
