Kristen Anderson is the Founder & CEO at Catch. Kristen has over a decade of experience in product innovation and operations. Kristen started their career as a Research Assistant at the National Science Foundation. Kristen then became a Product Innovation Consultant at IXL Center, where they helped launch new products and services. Kristen later joined Commonwealth as a Product Innovation Manager, where they oversaw the development and launch of new products. In 2016, Kristen joined FutureFuel.io as Director of Product and Operations. Kristen oversaw the product roadmap and led the team that developed the company's flagship product. In December 2017, Kristen returned to Catch as Head of Product. Kristen led the product team and helped Catch become one of the fastest-growing startups in the Bay Area. In June 2018, Kristen was promoted to COO, where they oversaw all of Catch's operations. In November 2019, Kristen became the Founder & CEO at Catch.

Kristen Anderson attended Y Combinator, where they studied mathematics and economics. Kristen then went on to Pepperdine University to earn their B.S. and B.A. in the same subject matter. Afterwards, Kristen decided to further their education by obtaining a Master's degree in International Business from Hult International Business School.
