Beverley Honig has over 25 years of work experience in various industries. In 1995, they began their career as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Centre of Excellence at Honeylight Enterprises Pty Ltd. Under their leadership, Honeylight became the leading corporate advisory company and was recognized as one of the 200 Businesses of Tomorrow by Westpac Bank in 2018. In 2018, they co-founded First Nations Blockchain Pty Ltd, an Aboriginal For Purpose Enterprise that facilitates the secure trade of Indigenous Art, Artefacts, Designs and Indigenous Cultural Intellectual Property. In 2017, they became a Senior Fellow/Chief Examiner-Entrepreneurship Law; Legal Project Management; Blockchain Law at Monash University, where they created and delivered a highly innovative new subject called \"Entrepreneurship and the Law\" and is launching a new subject in 2021, called Legal Project Management. In 2003, they became a Judge of the Appeals Tribunal at the Essential Services Commission. In 1995, they also became a Board Director and Public Officer at the Australia-Israel Chamber of Commerce. In 2014, they became the Executive Chairman of Greenville Developments, pioneering the use of ecofriendly sustainable affordable buildings for commercial and residential use. In 2020, they became an Experienced Mentor at Mentoring For Equity, a program that mentors for equity to encourage and motivate a diverse range of people. In 2018, they became a Director at Uniper-Care Technologies, a platform for seniors which turns any TV into a real time face to face communication medium. In 2006, they became the Regional Director - Partnerships and Implementation at Catch Media Inc., a company that enables customers to provide and monetize great digital experiences. In 2016, they became an Honorary Fellow Melbourne Business School at the University of Melbourne.
Beverley Honig obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Melbourne Business School in the field of Business between 1993 and 1995. Beverley then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Monash University in the field of Law Arts. In 2009, they completed a Board Directorships- Mastering the Boardroom course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
