Andrew Day

Andrew Day has a diverse work experience in the field of asset management. Andrew started their career as a Property and Asset Manager at Regency Property Asset Management from February 2010 to November 2015. Andrew then joined St. Modwen Properties PLC as an Asset Manager and was responsible for all asset management of the northern portfolio from November 2015 to August 2019. Andrew then worked as a Senior Asset Manager at Derwent Estates from August 2019 to December 2021, where they handled a mixed-use portfolio of retail, leisure, industrial, and office properties. Currently, Andrew is working at Catella APAM as the Head of Asset Management (North) since May 2023, leading the Manchester office's investment and asset management strategy for a multi-asset portfolio worth £2.5 billion.

Andrew Day completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sport and Leisure Management from Sheffield Hallam University from 2003 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Commercial Property Management from Liverpool John Moores University between 2008 and 2009.
