Nicola Newman

Nicola Newman is a seasoned professional in asset management with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently, Nicola serves as a Senior Asset Manager at APAM Ltd, a position held since September 2020. Prior roles include Asset Manager at intu from April 2016 to August 2020, and Asset Manager at LaSalle Investment Management from April 2015 to April 2016. Earlier in their career, Nicola worked as a Surveyor at Harper Dennis Hobbs between September 2012 and March 2015.
