Julian Ralphs

Julian Ralphs has a strong background in project management, with experience working in various industries and managing diverse teams. Julian is currently serving as the Project Management Team Lead at Catena Media, where they oversee a team of project managers located in different parts of the world. Prior to this role, they worked as a Project Manager at Catena Media and also held positions as a Technical Product Owner at XCaliber, a Project Manager at 6PM Malta, a Consultant Project Manager at GE Grid Solutions, a Consultant Project Manager at Nationwide Building Society, a Consultant Programme Manager at National Grid, and an Infrastructure Portfolio Office (IPO) Manager at EDF Energy. Earlier in their career, Julian served as the Head of PMO & Resource Management at British Energy and as a Consultant Programme Manager at Steria. In each of these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to deliver successful outcomes on various projects and initiatives.

Julian Ralphs attended No1 Radio School, RAF Locking from 1983 to 1986, where they studied Electronics/Avionics - Telecommunications and obtained a degree in L-Tech-TC (Then Eng Tech EL). In addition, they obtained various certifications from different institutions such as APMG, OGC, and APM in the fields of management, project management, and portfolios.
