Nicole was born and raised in Rockford, IL. She went to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and studied Horticulture for 3 years until she began working for a local caterer. She loved it so much that she switched her major to Hospitality Management and never looked back! It’s not surprising that she found her home in the food industry- some of her favorite memories are in the kitchen with her Mom and Nana and is forever grateful they passed down their love of cooking and entertaining with her.
