Cheryl Johnson is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Caterpillar Inc. Prior to that, Cheryl held various HR leadership positions at companies such as Textron, Bell Helicopter, and E-Z GO. Cheryl has a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Northern Illinois University. Cheryl has extensive experience in human resources and talent development spanning over several decades.
