Cheryl H. Johnson

Cheryl H. Johnson is currently the CHRO at Caterpillar. Prior to this, they were the Director of Talent and Organization Development at Bell Helicopter from January 2009 to June 2012. From 2006 to 2009, Cheryl was the Vice-President of Human Resources at E-Z GO a Textron Company. From 2003 to 2005, they were an HR Manager at Sears. In 2012, Cheryl became the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Textron and held this position until July 2017. From 1996 to 2003, they were the Director of Human Resources at Greenlee Textron. Cheryl's career in human resources began in 1992 when they became the Director of Human Resources for the Rockford Public Schools.

Cheryl H. Johnson has an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Northern Illinois University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from the same school.
