Nate Deppermann

Nate Deppermann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational and talent development, communications, and community relations. Since joining Caterpillar Inc. in June 2015, Nate has served as Global Talent Development Manager and Organizational & Talent Development Consultant, managing talent development for over 3,500 North American employees, leading employee surveys, and coaching in strengths-based development. Previously, in the role of Communications and Community Relations Manager, Nate managed communications for the Industrial Power Systems Division and oversaw community relations strategies in South Central Texas. Other roles at Caterpillar include Corporate Communications Representative and Business Unit Communications Representative, where Nate demonstrated skills in strategic communications, video production, and content development. Earlier experience includes work at Brigham Young University in various communications and project management roles, alongside an internship focused on corporate media relations at Caterpillar. Nate holds a B.A. in Communications from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Western Governors University.
