Patrick Dean

Patrick Dean is an accomplished talent acquisition and human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Caterpillar Inc. since September 2018, Patrick previously held various positions at Advanced Technology Services (ATS) from March 2013 to September 2018, including Director of Contracts & Proposals and Director of Talent Management & HR Compliance. Before ATS, Patrick was the Managing Director at Hire Counsel from September 2009 to March 2013. Patrick holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University.
