Colin Hong

Colin Hong's work experience begins in 2017 as a Summer Intern at China CITIC Bank International Limited, where they provided back-office support. In 2019, they worked as a Marketing Project Manager at UMEGO, a start-up based in Hong Kong. Later in 2019, Colin served as an Associate Intern at EY, where they were involved in campus recruitment and strategic planning. In 2020, they joined ManpowerGroup as a Consultant. In 2021, Colin worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at IBM, focusing on recruiting various positions in Hong Kong. Colin then joined HCL Technologies as a Senior Technical Recruiter, responsible for IT services and consulting. Currently, Colin holds roles at Cathay Pacific as the CXC Recruitment Lead and at CXC Global as the Global Talent Partner.

Colin Hong has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Corporate Governance Law & Social Responsibility from York University. Colin also completed a summer exchange program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. In addition to their degree, Colin has obtained certifications in Human Resources in a Cognitive Era - Essentials and IBM Agile Explorer from IBM in 2021.
