Flora Hui

Flora Hui has a solid background in the banking and airline industries. Flora began their career as a Management Trainee at HSBC in 2006, where they gained valuable experience before moving on to various roles within the company. Flora later joined Cathay Pacific Airways in 2017 as the Head of Payment and Banking Partnerships - Global, where they excelled in leading strategic partnerships and implementing technology and innovation initiatives to enhance customer experience. Prior to this, Flora held several senior positions at HSBC, such as Senior Cards Manager, Manager for Cards and Consumer Loans in Asia Pacific, and Portfolio Risk Manager. Throughout their career, they demonstrated expertise in portfolio management, business analytics, credit risk, sales, finance, marketing, and operations.

Flora Hui completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business and Marketing at The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2003 to 2005. In 2003, they also participated in an exchange program at Schulich School of Business - York University, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In 2023, Flora attended INSEAD for the Swire Leadership Programme.
