James Groark

James Groark has a extensive career in the aviation industry. James started as a Director of Customer Service at Northwest Airlines in 1986 and held this position until 1995. In 1996, they joined Cathay Pacific Airways as Vice President of Airports for the Americas, where they strategically managed the teams and operations to ensure a high-quality airport experience for customers. James also served as the Past President and Executive Board member for KAAMCO, aiming to foster collaboration among airlines operating at JFK International Airport. Additionally, Groark acted as the Past President and Executive Board member for the JFK Chamber of Commerce starting in 2000.
